WITT BIOMEDICAL
Meeting the Ongoing Need for Better Diagnostice Tools
"It has now been over a decade since I founded Witt Biomedical Corporation. I began my engineering career in R&D for aerospace electronics, but was drawn into the medical arena by witnessing a cardiac catheterization in 1989. It was as clear then as it is now that there is a compelling and ongoing need for better diagnostic tools. Heart disease is our nation's number one killer; a silent war that rages against hundreds of thousands of families every year and causes an unimaginable amount of suffering. I felt that any small contribution I might make by using space-age technology to improve the devices that physicians, nurses, and technologists use to defend us from this horrific onslaught would be effort well spent. The positive response that I have received from the cardiology community has exceeded my wildest expectations."
